Cancelling Your Order
Orders may only be cancelled before we have dispatched the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email or call us at 2143155445 within 24 hours. A representative will advise you of the order status. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we will be unable to cancel the order and therefore unable to refund payment.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please advise us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions at that time. In most cases, you will be required to return the product to our designated warehouse with a photograph of the damage, and we will replace it at our own discretion if we determine the claim to be valid. Unfortunately, claims made after 7 days of receipt of order, will not be honored.
Claims for non-receipt of orders must be made within 7 days of order placement. In the event you do not receive your order, please contact us by phone or email and we will track the order. If it is determined that the order was not delivered we will re-send the order promptly.
